E5520 VS X5570

E5520 VS X5570

am a video editor, moving from SD workflow to HD workflow. I am purchasing a refurbished HP z800. I will run w7 with Adobe cs5 Production Premium. The computer will have Quadro FX 4800 video card. Does anyone have an opinion on the processors - E5520 or X5570? I am leaning toward the X5570. Is that overkill? I want to be able to edit the highest level of HD with the most ease. Please advise. Thanks.

I would definitely lean toward the X5570, we saw a 37% difference between the E5520 and X5570 using Cinebench. Depending on the price, you may even want to look into the hex core 5600 Xeon's. What is the asking price for a refurb system like that?
