Hi all,
Recently i bought a Intel DB75en MB and core i3 3220 processor. Now i'm running a Windows7 x86 o/s on it. When the display driver which comes with the MB cd is installed, the display freezes. Is there a compatibility issue in this combination?
Please suggest.

P.S. Same problem occurs when i try to install ubuntu 12.10 on it.

I tried replication the scenario basis your configuration and to my suprize I got to face a similar issue. I did try re-installing the drivers but it didn't solve the problem. Then I thought of testing it out on win8 x64, and was lucky enough to get things back on track. There definitely seems to be some compatibility issue.

Try using Windows 8 x64 and see if the issue resolves for you as well.
