The XFX Radeon HD 5830 has an overall length of 10.25 inches, so this isn't a little card by any means. wow surprised how small the difference is between it and the 5750, doesn't look to be a whole lot better than the 5770 and nowhere near 57xx crossfire

You mean the 5770. Yea the 5770 is a better buy imo. Much cheaper while taking a not-so-big performance hit. This week, there was two seperate deals where the 5830 could be bought for $190 and $180 after rebate.

Great view Dan.

Btw last page, it should say Galaxy and not Galazy.

The whole time I thought it was a 5770... ](*,)

You don't read reviews from other sites? The 5770 is pretty much 10% to 20% slower than the 5830. That's why the 5830 can be had for so cheap occasionally. No one sane would buy a 5830.

nope. not unless im buying something specific, but i usually google "(part) legitreviews" anyway. mostly i just dont trust most other sites..at all, and don't get me started on magazines
(that and a lot of sites have terrible layouts/colors so i cant even stand reading them)

just noticed, the 5830 only has 16 ROP engines which is the same as the 5670, 5750 & 5770 lol wonder why they have to be 4/8/16/32
