Asus X58 Sabertooth BIOS Update

Post by Sparky »

New BIOS v0902 "Improve USB Compatibility". Flashed mine, no issues.

Funny thing, upon rebooting in to Widows saw updates for drivers for my SATA & IDE connections. My XMP ram profiles seems to be working fine. When I had v0602 it wouldn't take the XMP settings with my memory.

The new drivers for the SATA and IDE may have been the system switching between AHCI and IDE. The Sabertooth runs IDE by default and you switched to AHCI then flashed the BIOS it would now be running IDE
