About 3 years ago I picked up 3 Aux/Cigarette Lighter chargers off of Monoprice with 3 cables for less than the price of a single Energizer charger.

haha, yeah... I think most people know not to buy a ~$75 6-foot long HDMI cable (or at least I hope).

Energizer products do cost more, but you are paying for the brand name, packaging, overall quality and the full 1-year warranty.
