I will probably not overclock it all all.
Which card is preferable for this config?
Both 2GB DDR5 versions are available and similarly priced.

at your resolution the 7850 and the 650ti perform similar. the 7850 is about 2-3 fps faster in some games. however, if your going to be playing battlefield 3, farcry 3 or crysis 3 then the 650ti beats the 7850 hands down. if not get the 7850.

i will also recommend to wait for AMD's new series to show up! You might get better deal or existing cards might face price decrease whatever it is it should be worth waiting.
