I was really hoping this would solve some problems for me, but overall, the product is not quite there. The main issues I had:
-the earbud wire lengths are different, though the Plantronics website shows them as being the same. One is normal, and one is very short. Also, the main pendant wire is way too long - I had to keep it bundled up.
-if you use the pendant lanyard, it hangs way too low, and together with the wires, it all turns into a big mess
-the microphone is after the Y junction rather than before, on one of the earbud wires, which would make much more sense.
-though music volume is good, call volume is weak even when at full - this is for me the biggest problem
-music quality is not all that good.
The alternative I have is a wired, motorola stereo earbud set - http://www.aftermarketcellular.com/ic/SYN1301.html which costs about $10 and has excellent audio quality.

I'm going to have to agree with everything you said....I'm hoping that Plantronics (and other companies) come out with a better wireless solutions for those of us trying to enjoy our tunes with earbuds. I expect there are some nifty wired devices like the one you linked to, but I really want a quality wireless stereo set...maybe it's just too much to ask for? :dunno:
Just a little puppy trying to make it in a big digital world.
