Looking for a new PSU that can handle your new SLI platform? Keith takes a look at the Thermaltake Silent Purepower 680W power supply and takes a look at how it performs on the ever popular DFI nF4 Ultra motherboard.


While many believed CPUs would require less power as they transitioned to the 90nm process, in fact the opposite has occurred. Oddly enough we are at a stage unprecedented in Desktop Computers. It seems this year several companies will surpass the 700W mark, in an attempt to placate ever increasing power demands, and of course SLI power hungry graphic solutions.
