Don't know, they were just announced so they're not available yet. I don't know what ICs they use. I asked if I could those as a replacement for my OCZ's that were bad, but Jimmy Houn said that they were only announced and unavailable.

Apoptosis, did you get 500MHz on those babes ?! And at what CAS and voltage ? I also have a kit of the 5400UL rev1.3, and they are great. I have them at 500MHz @ CAS 5-2-3-4-2 @ 2.3v. I'm hopping to see Corsair to come out with some DDR2 to succeed the 5400ul ones. I'd love to see some DDR2 @ 500MH...
