What GI-JOE said. I also use the sepia filter on my camera, things look pretty different when taken in sepia.

Re: Earth Hour

The thing I find funniest about Earth Hour is this:

Al Gore left really bright flood lights on at his mansion and even had several lights on inside. Heard about it on Rusty Humphrey tonight.

Re: OC'ing = dereasing stability?

A general guideline for Athlon XP's is to keep them below 55c. They have a max stated temp of 85c, but that can still kill your chip. I wouldn't put mine over 50c, to be honest.

Re: My hospital trip

My foot doesn't really hurt, it's just annoying not being able to step on it. I think my shoulders hurt the most, from the crutches.

My hospital trip

I sliced my foot open today on a piece of exposed computer frame, so I had to spend three hours in the ER. It's about 2 - 2 1/2 inches long, required 13 stitches, and I have to stay off of it for about 2 weeks, maybe more. Anyone else had fun injuries in the past? P.S. I can still work tho...

Re: ddr2 xx00 pc2 xx00 ?!

Yes, it is complicated. Old sdram has the same rating as the fsb clock (66-66, 100-100, 133-133, etc.) because it does things once per clock cycle. DDR has double the rating of the fsb clock (133-266, 166-333, 200-400, etc.), since it does things twice per clock cycle. DDR2 has quadruple the rating ...

Re: OC'ing x2 4200+ = Weird Problems

Yeah, HT is a replacement for fsb, fsb is totally gone. So it's your HT that is 280, and multiply that by your HT multiplier to get your bus speed, in your case 280x4. The bus speed has a default of 200x5, or 1000, and it doesn't hurt your hardware to go over 1000, but it can hurt stability. It's be...

Re: OC'ing x2 4200+ = Weird Problems

HT is what has replaced the fsb on modern AMD systems. That's why you have an ht multiplier. So in your first post, what you list as your fsb speed is actually your ht speed.

The lower price for ethanol is straight ethanol. It costs more to mix it.
