Thanks everyone for suggestion. I was able to fix the proble. Some reasone BIOS does not recognised CD drive. I reconnected and Voila...started installing OS.

I have two SATA drives. I will try to remove one and see if that cause the problem. Will keep posted. I am trying to install OS from CD drive. Now I have DVD/CD drive. I know it's silly, but do I need CD drive?
