The medical aspect that would be entered into this database should only have to state wether the person is in there right mind enough to own a firearm, nothing of the persons condition would need to be released, only that they are under a doctors care and should not be allowed to own a firearm cause...

I totally oppose your idea of a national database for medical conditions as that is a violation of my personal privacy. If a judge doesn't have the right to my medical records why does the state?
