Re: Case Labs MAGNUM M8 Case Review

Considering it's a quality all-aluminum case made in USA and not some mass-manufactured case from a low cost country of origin I think the price is not unreasonable.

I'd love to see a mid-tower from them.

I've seen boards die from cap failure.

Good luck with the replacement.

I really like these "quiet" PC cases. They look very classy.

The downward mounted PSU is interesting.

Re: ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101 Tablet Review

1280x800 resolution is 16:10 not 16:9. To me it is the opposite, I personally like 4:3, and find 16:9 awkward. 4:3 or 5:4 is a better resolution for reading, and working on documents. 16:9 is just horrible for that. 16:10 is okay and a good compromise. To me the current proliferation of 16:9 screens...

In Canada we already pay $4 a gallon. It is supply and demand. A lot more cars are on the road than 20 years ago. Not just in America, but also the world. Demand is higher, and so is the price. I think the cars we drive a partly to blame. While you can get an Accord, Camry, or Altima with a I4 engin...

I've run ATITool for 23 minutes so far. Temperature rose to 76 degrees with the side panel on. No errors. I've also tried 3DMark06 and everything was fine.

if you have multiple ram chips does it fill the chip in the front before it moves to the next if you need more ram for what you are doing? Maybe using windows normally it doesnt excede that first chip, but when he starts playing the ram usage requires ram from the second chip, and that is the bad c...

Without the side panel the temperature doesn't exceed 78. No problems so far. I might try an aftermarket cooler if it is heat.

Is there a program that can test the memory to make sure its ok?

Since I got new drivers it crashed twice so far. Both times after less than 30 minutes of gameplay. However, I've also been able to play for hours without crashing. Sometimes I can play for hours without problems. Sometimes it crashes after 15 minutes. How is that consistent with overheating? I moni...

Everything looks fine until one second it crashes and thats when the artifacts appear. The artifacts appear at the same time it locks up. I thought artifacts gradually appear as the card heats up.

Also, I've checked the temperatures and they are in the 70's celsius under load.

What the hell is going on?

Whenever I play an intense 3D application my system randomly crashes. It becomes frozen at this screen. It seems to be random, sometimes I can play for hours without problems, sometimes it crashes after 15 minutes. My old video card (6600GT) didn't do this. What do you think is going on here? Bad mo...

I got a 19" widescreen made by Hans-G. There is no dead pixels, display is crisp, bright, however the viewing angle sucks.
