I would go with this but if your not too rich and want a cheaper one then this should be sufficient.

Are you sure your on the celsius scale? 100*C is 212*F which is boiling temperature for water. If you did run a GPU at 100C, the screen would probably be one big artifact. An OK temp is 60C and an acceptible temp is 40C IMO.

75c is way too hot IMO. You will want to bring those temps to about 40c before trying to push it. Does the Video Card have its own fan? The stock thermal paste really doesnt get you much even on stock. I would still go and spend the extra ~$5 on AS5 because it has silver compund in it that has the best thermal conductivity besides diamonds. It is totally worth it.
