1) What video card do you have?

Two Radeon HD 6990s.

Boot into Safe Mode and uninstall the driver. It's not so dark that I can't see. It's just so dark that it looks like the gamma is turned really, really low, and I can't seem to find anywhere to fix it. I just installed the driver on my HD 5450 system and it's working fine.
