Yeah, I found that this morning too :(

Kinda sucks, because I was trying to save up for a 2500+ and overclock it to hell and back... not now! :(

Ah well, looks like I'll just have to save for a complete refresh, perhaps go Intel next time, or Athlon64. This sucks... like a hoover!

Another popular one is CPUZ, which is here: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.htm

Not sure if you guys were aware of this one or not, I quite like it but it does basically the same thing.

Me neither! The AS3 works fine for me, but I'm running out so I'm going to get some Ceramique when I get a new cooler. My overclocked rig is alright: 1800+ @ 2GHz (200x10), 1.68Vcore 2x 256MB Kingmax DDR400 RAM, 2.5-3-3-11 Abit NF7-S v2.0 Antec TruePower 380W Volcano 9 @ 3500rpm (soon to be replaced...

In all honesty, the NF7-S and A7N8X Deluxe are identical in features except for the Dual LAN. They even use the same SATA RAID controller.

I chose the NF7-S because of all the good stories I read about it when purchasing, but that was just my personal preference.

I didn't need Dual LAN either :P

Additionally, for those who aren't aware, there's a critical update 'rollup' available for XP, basically just a package containing all the critical updates since SP1 was released. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=826939 This was released on the same day as the Security Bulletin, but doesn't contai...

Perhaps we'll have to wait for a chipset revision before we see the sweetness that nForce2 showed us. Would be interesting to see another review in say 6 months time when the chipsets have had a revision or two. In any case, I'm not planning on buying A64 until the platform is tested and the bugs wo...

LOL! Good old osama, always trying to sqeeze every bit of performance out of every component! :P Those RAM reviews are well done though, I like the idea of reading a review of RAM that didn't come hand picked from the manufacturer. I liked that XMS Pro review too, that stuff looks pretty cool! Would...

I'm hoping before Christmas, but it's not looking good.

I don't like the idea of downloading it either, I'd prefer to have a hardcopy (in the form of a CD or DVD, hopefully the latter :D).

Thanks for that. I was considering one as the Zalman 7000A-ALCU might be a bit big to fit, but it looks like the Silent Boost would be a better option if the Zalman won't fit.

Good review!
