okay I reinstalled all of my drivers and I am seeing no difference. How would I go about making videos brighter using the card?

I am navigating C: but I haven't found it. Is there any other way to reinstall all of the drivers?

My 7600 GS has been working fine up until now I could figure everything out. When I try and watch videos on my computer they are all dark.
