No the second card is working fine. It's an 9800 GTX which makes a software problem with the ATI drivers at least seem possible. The PSU is a Thermaltake Toughpower 750. I'm not sure about voltages. I've now figured out how to update the bios but sadly it's not fixed my issue. At least i now know how to update the BIOS.
