Hi guys I found this amazing site while browsing for some computer help, and here I got it so thenx so much for the help to Apoptosis.
Now my CPU is working like it should be

cpu cooling - ZALMAN CNPS9500

This will not fit you need to use the Zalman CNPS9700
and if sound is a problem for you I'd suddest you buy some better fans for the case, the original fans make lots of noise

I did that and I updated the bios but stil it shows 2,14GHz,
I have orderd a new abit aw9d, i975x to see if the problem is solved

I have the same problem on a core2 extreme x6800, it should be at 2,93GHz but when i run cpu-z it shows it at 2,14GHz :evil: I have a MSI 975x platinum poweredup editiom and run win xp pro. If anyone knows what is causing this I'd be glad if you could send me a pm or just post it here. btw: Great fo...
