Re: Biostar TZ77XE3 Motherboard Giveaway

Yes, enter me into the drawing, please.

Most important feature on next build would be the RAM slots pavement and how close they are to the CPU. Some of the better heat sinks will actually cover some of the slots on some boards restricting the amount of RAM that can be used..

I actually saw this and was going to enter but I could have sworn that the ending date was the end of July. Too bad, I was working on something pretty cool. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y187/CDUAbove/robotchick.jpg If you can't make it out, she has clear polycarbonate thermoplastic shields conne...

Not one in "idea" either but the Dad on American Chopper says it all the time with an R at the end. Must be an east coast thing.

Funny....the way of this thread. What, with the price of fuel and all.
But since we went down this road, the way the English pronounce vitamin has always got me too.
The dude on Man Vs. Wild does it every time.

I just found this on Steam: PORTAL: First Slice Demo Help yourself to a generous, 11-level serving of Portal: First Slice, the official demo for the game that challenges you to think with portals. The winner of numerous Game of the Year awards introduces you to the test chambers at the Aperture Scie...

Re: Oil prices blow past $138 a barrel

Just like I said, just one state over is it was all the difference. I think California make the companies add different additives to the gas sold there. That probably adds to the higher cost there. I just heard on a news ssoundbite that another guy invented a car that runs on water. Says he gets 100...

I'm going to work on it when I have the time.
Thanks for the link though, I dig this kinda stuff. I did the Pirates of the Caribbean online treasure hunt thing and had fun with it.

I posted it over at my site for others to try.

Re: Portal O_O

I finished it too fast. It's so addicting that you get through it pretty quick. I played it a second time.

It would be cool as a FPS if the the only gun used was the portal gun to take out the baddies. I could see more mobile and animated bots in the next one for sure.

Re: System Utilities

I'll have to check out Ccleaner.
I can tell you what not to use....Registry Mechanic. Unless of course you plan to reformat real soon cause that's what you'll be doing just after.
I even put in a system restore point before I ran it...ruined me.

What's a W9? Some kind of Customs form?
I just got a NZXT Lexa Blackline and I didn't have to fill that out. That shipped it the next day no questions asked.
The Blackline is an awesome case by the way.

Come on people. Everyone knows it's too hot on Mars for Bigfoot. Maybe if there was a palm tree or two and some of those umbrella drinks to keep him cool but I've seen no sight of such luxuries in the photos thus far. The foot print is obviously a match for a Sleestack. http://demolisten.files.wordp...

Re: Oil prices blow past $138 a barrel

I just drove from Lake Tahoe, CA. to Tucson AZ. last night. The price ranged from $4.39 to $4.65 a gallon all the way across the state of California. I crossed the Colorado River and entered Arizona and the first truck stop I came to it was $3.94 a gallon. There's something wrong when one can get ex...
