Hello all,

Quick question, when i attempt to log into my windows xp i get a error stating that my windows version could not be authenicated and i get booted back to the log in screen. Is there any work around for this? Thanks for the help in advance.

one problem solved another one arises. I bought a ide controller card to add some extra ide connectors, problem is my system doesnt seem to be recognizing the dvd rom hooked up to it. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?its a pci ATA 13 raid card

It seems to be the cpu over heating, i was able to get into the bios and its showing as about 90c and rising. The cpu fan is spinning and ive got several other fans in the case. Any ideas on keeping it from over heating and lowering the temp?

Its a older psu i had with my previous system, it didnt come with a adapter to my knowledge.

Anyone have any actual experince using this board presently or in the past?

That might be the only hangup with this particular board cause im going to be running a x1900 and probably looking to get another soon.

I was looking at the gigabyte for about 150 and the asus board doesnt support crossfire does it? Looks like only Nvidia SLI, would that effect the performance of a x1900 running in it?

Have you heard bad reviews about it, why dont u care for it much?

Im looking seriously at getting this board to run with my E6600. Wondering if anyone has had any experinces with this board or any opinoins on it.

Looking into getting this board to replace my dead AsRock 775 dual. Any one have any experinces with this board for a duo 2 core E6600 or hear anything about them?

Just found out that the ASRock i got was DOA. Im currently looking for suggestions on another well priced but high performance mobo if even such a thing exists. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

All of the CompUsas in Michigan are closing also, except for one.

I tested the power supply on my previous system which ran off of a P4 3.2 HT and it ran fine with no prob.

Well after i put the system together and double checked all the connections and everything. When I attempt to boot up I get no video, power buttons dont work, nothing.
