I have 4 internal drive on Intel (raid 10) for OS and data, 2 internal on marvell (port 3,4 raid0) for scratch disk and AV capture, and one EXTERNAL drive (port 1-RED) for backup. boot-priority set to: Intel>external drive>marvell and so far No problem.
