yes, that would make sense, but how would i get a reading while the PSU is plugged to the mobo...?

FOrget what i just said, it just rebooted :@ the readins im getting for every pin was posted up their, or is their something im missing? obviously the power supply is only plugged in and not running when im doing this, is it supposed to be running, if so how would i get it running, there is no power...

wow... sorry guys. this might sound stupud, but i think the wire was the problem... i switched the wire and it "seems" ok for now, will be back to update you.

Well, its a Seanix TCO Series with a pentium 2 for mobo. I wish I could give you guys a little bit more info but I seem to have problems keeping it on.
