Sounds like the red LEDs might have gone bad. Have you tried Corsair's forums?

Re: LGA1366 Overclock Log
Improved silicon and instruction sets will do that to generic benchmarks. I doubt that you would notice a huge difference between the overclocked X58 and the stock 3770K with a program like HandBrake or Photoshop, etc...

Re: Intel Pentium G3220 Processor Review
I really like these kinds of reviews. Seeing the same old items being reviewed gets boring as all get-out. I don't know know what to think at the conclusion... A) Kudos to the Pentium for keeping up with games at higher resolutions. This confirms what I've been telling people for a few years now. At...

Your temps are fine, no need to reapply the paste.

Re: zalman 9900max?
That's damn good. Keep it under 80 degrees and call it a day. My old AiO water cooling loop would hit mid to upper 80s, hence why it swapped it with a Phanteks cooler.
*EDIT*
Those are overclocked temps, correct? What program are you using to stress the cores?

Re: zalman 9900max?
Socket 755 and in your case 1155 have different mounting hole locations. So in short it probably won't work out of the box.

I'm no pedo, err... audiophile but apparently Monoprice sells good/ CHEAP speakers. I've seen nothing but good things about their headphones so I imagine that whoever is making their audio gear knows what they are doing. Bookshelf Speakers Powered Subwoofers Please don't scoff at my selection, like ...

Re: Best CPU for Gaming
Why would you go to a lower core processor for anything? Besides, you didn't tell us the most important factor. What resolution are you gaming at? If it's 1080P or higher the faster CPU is negligible at that point. Examples: http://www.ocaholic.ch/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=1117 http://www...

Re: Finally my much needed upgrade!
Before you touched the CPU voltage what was the max the CPU would clock? Like I said my 2600K will do 4.5GHz with stock voltages. After that it starts to get unstable. This is unrelated but have you checked for a BIOS update? http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87%20Extreme6/?cat=Download&os=BIOS I ...

Re: Setting up a home network
If you are like me, you may be disappointed in how slow even wireless N actually is ;) That's no lie. I have an AC USB 3.0 adapter on my wireless N network that generally has a connection speed of 150 Mbps. But when I go to transfer files the average speed is around 6 MB/s, nowhere near the max the...

Opteron 170 and Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS - $20
Up for sale are an Opteron 170 and a Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS motherboard . I am selling the processor and it's packaged cooler (best boxed cooler I've ever used) and basically giving away the motherboard. Since there is a higher chance of damage to the CPU during shipping it by itself you will be get...

Have you tried a clean install of the latest beta drivers? Meaning uninstall the old AMD drivers, reboot and let Windows detect the hardware, reboot then install the drivers? You could always try this app to uninstall the drivers for you before you reinstall the latest betas. http://www.wagnardmobil...

I'd say go with a real legit version and call it a day. This might have a Dell specific key and since you don't have a Dell it won't work.

Re: Finally my much needed upgrade!
I have a core like that in my 2600K, though its not as drastic (maybe 5 degrees C). Over here in the States most colleges offer students discounts on their software. I had my sister pick me up a copy of Windows 8 Pro for $18 a few weeks back. So if you know someone in university then you might get a...
