Great review but I think you might have made a mistake. You incorrectly called the Memory performance Issue a Memory controller problem. It's actually a Memory Speed vs. Cas problem in otherwords it's in the sticks not the controller. Clock cycle time is 1/frequency so DDR3 would be 1/666.66(half be...
