You should probably find a way to make your noise tests more reliable. The MSI 770 Gaming uses the same cooler as the MSI 760 Gaming but at idle but you have it at 43.3dba vs 40.7 which is a pretty big difference considering it uses the exact same fans and is running at the exact same speed of 990rpm.
