Oh cool! 8) I didn't know there was a new one already. They seem to release new BIOS versions pretty quickly. When I get time, I'll try 2770 out myself and report back...

WOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!! :) I figured out my problem! My dumb ass had somehow knocked loose one of the molex connectors to one of the hard drives while I was routing around in there messing with the jumper!!! I assume that's what was causing it to hang up in the BIOS? :? ...Now to try updating to a newer ...

Actually, I had it unplugged and without the battery installed for like 2 months!!! :shock: I just started to attempt to get it going again after my last failed try way back then...

D975XBX2 BIOS freezes up...UPDATE: *Fixed*

I'm fairly new to overclocking and I did not build my system myself so please try to bear with me... I'm running the E6600 on a D975XBX2 with 4 Gigs of 800 Mhz AmpX memory, a Zalman HSF, a 150GB system HD, a 300GB removable HD, 4 250GB HDs that were setup in a RAID0 configuration, and a GeForce 7300...
