start--> run--> input "shutdown -s -t 3600" and your computer will be shutdown in 3600 seconds.
If you want to cancel, just input "shutdown -a"

Those programs will never be free.

I have tried both xilisoft and Any DVD Converter for ipod, both of them worked, however, I prefer Any DVD Converter, it's more user-friendly and powerful.
