Thanks all,

I ordered an XFX 8800GTS 512 for 280e.
the 3870x2 was just too expensive... I never had an ATI card so i was not sure if i can trust it with 400e.. so i got the nvidia one and im happy now :D

Well, i can't find any use for a quad core concerning my needs...
Ill probably wait for geforce 9 series to launch and if there is a big performance difference, i ll sell my 8800 and get one of the new ones.

Hello Guys, I just worry about my new graphics card because temperatures seem quite high. Idle temperature is 80C and under load it reaches 88C max. Well after looking around in different forums, I' m pretty sure my motherboard can handle 400mhz fsb without raising any voltages. Though, as you recommended me, I will start the system with default stable settings , and then i ll consider slightly overclocking to 3.2Ghz (8 x 400 with ram 1:1 at 400...
