why does it keep Initializing, it takes all day..? Every other week it seems to do this.

I have it set as mirror raid with two drives, not sure which drive it is though in Matrix, guess I'II just take the drive off I'm going to keep and start up the computer and see if I can read just the one drive I'm going to clean out. I like the Acronis® Disk Director Suite 10.0, I e-mailed them to ask a few things but I realy like that, would this program work along with Intel's Matrix Storage Manager ok..? Just wondering because Matrix does do a few of the things that Acronis does. Thank you for your replys.

I'm changing everthing from one motherboard to another, (D975xBx2 - to - DG33TL. I have two raid drives setup as 1-config. Is there a way to keep windows xp pro and all the files when I change these two raid drives over to the new board...

Yes I do and it works ok so far, I did fined at intel web site under the D975bx2 cpu system info or somewhere that this cpu was tested and did work with this motherboard before I bought that cpu, but it does work ok, I'm playing FSX full out and Silent Hunter 4 full out and it works ok. Mine did the same thing as yours but I forgot to set my monitor to digital, it was still set to Analog. When I finally found where the setting was on the new monitor it came to life.
