Re: D975XBX2 won't boot with lan plugged in
My husband is running the matrix controllers with 3 sata drives and the old creative card worked just fine except for bottlenecking (just old)and like I said we couldn't even install the x-fi normally, we have to do it in safe mode. And all he has in his computer is: Dg33TL,E6700,4gs G-Skill ram, BFG...

Re: D975XBX2 won't boot with lan plugged in
Same with our card,it's 2 slots down from the video card.I real think Creative is giving us the gears about these cards knowing we will probably blame all of our other components. We have always bought Creative cards and have never had these problems

Re: D975XBX2 + E6750
I'm wondering what voltage your ram is because most Intel motherboards are very fussy. Our old bx2 wouldn't post on any of the corsair ram, even though the corsair site said it was compatible.

Re: D975XBX2 won't boot with lan plugged in
I kind of wonder if it's the sound card because the only way we could install the x-fi xtremegamer is in safe mode, other wise we got the blue screen. We thought it was because of Vista and having 4 gs of ram, it still screech's every once and awhile like feed back from a mic.The old sound card didn't...

Re: Loading xp pro without a floppy drive
We have been all over the forums and evey-one seems the be having flaky problems when they slipstream the 3rd party drivers on so we are a little leary about doing it that way.And yes the motherboard supports the usb floppy but xp only recognizes 3 specific models at installation. We can find all kin...

Re: Loading xp pro without a floppy drive
xp won't recongize the usb floppy drive and the dg33tl doesn't have a floppy drive controller so we have no way to load the 3rd party drivers. So I have been wondering if any-one has solved this problem yet.

Have you checked your virtual memory. Are you letting windows handle it.
