I'm using a "Antec True Power Trio TP3-430 430W ATX12V" with ATI HD3850 X6800 no problems with the power.
The Board and Mem look good, I like the mem 1.5v -1.8v not like mine 2.1v.

Got my hands on a X6800 unlocked engineering sample and have Speedstep enabled in the bios, haven't lifted the hood on her yet. :lol:

Very Good read, I have always want to explore Linux and I have been playing around with Puppy on a old laptop. Nice gui and I can watch my dvd's.

Thanks Dan, That is something to consider. Eventually I plan on going with the Q6600, for right now with the holiday comming fast, I have budgeted $60 for memory. Help making Decision

I have a D945GTPLR Mobo, and on the Intel site the recommended memory speed is 667, I want to upgrade the memory and wanted to know if anyone has used 800, the board Proc is a P631 3.0 800mhz. Any suggestions would be helpfull thanks.
