thanks for all your help just reseated it again, its running lovely now, 35 degrees accross all 4 cores,

its running between 55 and 65 at stand still, itsnt that still a lil high?

what you mean leg back from the arrows, the straight edge is facing the heat sink?

yea i have been removing it every time, i have been spreading it before pushing the cpu on, i really dont trust the fan. its one of those 4 plastic screws, not like the bar that pushes over the fan, am i making sense?

i spread it finely over the fan and put half a grain of rice ammount onthe cpu, and spread that out too, its so frustrating
