16GB memory on mobile ? 
What's the future ? Maybe one day we can see a mobile with a 250GB Solid state drive.Seriously, i don't see any need for having 16GB in a mobile.

You only have one choice if you wanna use the full 4GB of your memory.Vista X64 is the way to go.Don't ever install XP 64 bit.It sucks.No antivirus applications support & you'll also not find drivers for most of your devices.
