Re: NZXT Tempest Mid Tower Gaming Case
Do I hear Antec 900 ripoff ? I like my 900, and IMO this case has nothing to offer over it. I would however, be nice to see a more compact version of it ( 900 ) that you can still use a full size board in.

Re: Diamond Radeon HD 3870 1GB GPUs Don't Have 512-bit Memory
[ Of course there's a difference between 256 and 512MB, nobody questioned that. Apparently 256 is worth both ATI's and nVidia's time though ;) The only reason we're being inundated with all this "256" junk is because ati has faltered and has nothing on the market to compete with big green...

Re: Futuremark 3DMark Vantage - The Gamers New Benchmark
I downloaded it, ran the program, said I needed a code key. Got the key, tried to run the program, said it was an invalid key. So I guess the "free' version doesn't work ? And the bad thing, unlike the ones before it, it only runs once per code key per e-mail address....... and from what I read...

Re: Diamond Radeon HD 3870 1GB GPUs Don't Have 512-bit Memory
The purpose of purchasing a card like this is exactly for the memory. The 512bit memory interface it was supposed to have would have been beneficial in games like cod4 and crysis at higher resolutions and with the "goodies" turned on. A 256bit memory interface isn't worth anybody's time or...

Re: Diamond HD 3870 1GB Video Card Review
Thanks for the quick reply. I understand your train of thought inre to the price performance view of things. I could have purchased a 9800gtx and been happy. But I didn't............ wanted an ati card this time around. All but 1 of my cards are nvidia products, but I miss the "crispness" ...

Re: Diamond HD 3870 1GB Video Card Review
I was surfing and was glad to see the review on this card. I purchased one on line last night and haven't gotten it yet. Unfortunately your review was totally unrealistic of what MOST users would normally run their cards at. How's about something in the 1024x768 to 1680x1050 range ? And how's about ...
