Re: New SSD's coming out soon
I can't wait to see a review for the vertex. are they going to be on par to the intel ssd? that would be great, i,d be getting a 30GB and a 120GB for sure.
looked at the G-skill titan review but that was disappointing but it does not have nearly as much onboard cache as the vertex

Re: To Velociraptor or not
OCZ is coming out with 2 new lines of SSD's in the next few weeks - Apex & Vertex. Apex is supposed to be 2 drives in raid 0 with only 1 connector so no work on your end. Supposed to be cheap too. http://www.ocztechnologyforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47949 nice i did not know about the apex ...

Re: Lapping???
Personaly i don,t see why you would wanna risk damaging the cpu for a small reduction in temps Maybe as a last resort, but first i would improve the airflow in the case.

Re: Disable Crossfire on 4870X2
If i,m not misstaking The ATI X2 gpu's do not use crossfire, they work together as one gpu only when you have 2 X2's will crossfire be enabled.

Re: Thinking about an Xbox
My little brother has the premium 360 and the 20GB hard drive is just way to small for all those things you can download on xbox live. You need to get a elite for sure, if you really want to enjoy your xbox and xbox live.
