Re: Which GPU to buy (BF3)

I could play the beta with the 5870 on high settings in 1920*1080, with msaa disabled. Never dropped below 30 fps on the Caspian Border map (64players with lots of vehicles), usually around 45 fps. My friend got a 6870 for BF3, we both set same settings and met on the map to check which gpu was fast...

I've been using it since the end of 2009 and never had a problem with Windows7 since then.

Re: Sapphire TriXX Overclocking Utility Released For Downloa

Ok , now i got it from the links Major_A posted, but it doesn't really work the way it's supposed to with the 5870, so I guess there was a purpose to why they only wanted to give it to the 68XX card owners. I get errors like "encountered improper arguments"; and the core clock, memory cloc...

It'll be available on Steam, Playstation Network and Xbox Live in march 2011 and is supposed to cost 15 Euros.

It'll probably get some add ons if people buy it.

Jep, just the 5870, but though just below 30 it looks quite playable.
Without AA I get: Test A 39,0 fps and Test B 37,3 fps.

Re: 2K Games' Mafia II Demo Performance w/ a GeForce GTX 460

Side note: Since my computer is running like crap with Physx on would I be better off throwing my 8800 GTS 320MB card in my computer and running it as a dedicated Physx card? I don't care about the detail and pushing the Physx setting but will it help with the minimum framerates? It seems a dedicat...

Why do you want to change your 5830? The little extra performance isn't really worth the investment, at least from my point of view. :-k

Two Bluetooth headsets, one phone, only one got sound!?

Hey guys, I've got a little question here, hope you can help out. I just got me a Jaybird Sportsband ( bluetooth headset ) and I already have an Oakley O Rokr Pro ( bluetooth headset ). Now I can pair both at the same time to my phone ( Sony Ericsson W890i , soon to be replaced by Samsung Jet), but ...

I just got me a D-Link DWA-556 Xtreme N PCIe card, which works really well. But as your looking for a PCI card I guess the D-Link DWA 547 would do, and it's only half the price.
