My Asus EPU app looks a little different than the one in your review. I worked with it a bit and set the "rocket" mode up to a 17% OC by simply moving a slider bar. On my rig, anything higher was unstable OCing that way. Also, in that mode, at idle the multipler drops to 6X. Under load it ...
