problem solved. It was the PSU. No more crashes anymore and it looks like the performance go little up with the new PSU.
PS. DONT BUY S***Y PSU. NEVER... :D

hmmm, yeah it reboots realy fast, one time freezes with blank screen and sound was still playing. after this i start thinking something is wrong with GPU and afterwards that the PSU its not enought for. Good day, i just bought new HD4870 and i have problems with game crysis. Eveything runs good at full details but after 10-25 minutes PC reboots always. I want ask if the reboots can be caused by not enought power in peaks from PSU. My PSU have 400W (standart "no name"). MB MSI Neo-F, E8400...
