Should RMA with newegg rather then going to the manufacturer, newegg has a year long warranty on all their stuff. (besides a few exceptions like CPU's).

2 7800 GT's in SLI will perform beter then 7800 GTX the vast majority of the time. However I would get the 7800 GTX, because it can currently run any game out there on highest settings with great FPS. This would give you the option to get another 7800 GTX in a year or 2 and go SLI when the prices fo...

It'd be sweet to have a 7800 in a laptop, probably do a number on the battery life though.

ya the 4000+ wont dissapoint you. Very strong processor. Probably the better choice since there are no programmes/games really taking full advantage of dual core and there probably wont be any for a while. So for gaming 4000 would do better. Though the 3800 X2 does have a lot of multi tasking power ...

Interesting...a hell of a lot of people are going to want these... Not enough pipelines... Sure they dont have 24 and 36 pipes? 12 pixel pipelines is decent but nothing compared to the 7800 GTX's 24. but then again they might have some secret which doesnt require more pixel pipeliens for performance.

What I dont get is why do all these computer companies keep selling intel processors in their rigs when intel gets its but handed to it by AMD. Pentium 4's are completely outclassed by athlon 64's an Athlon 64 3000+ will outperform an intel 3.4 ghz almost at everything besides media encoding. Plus t...
