I cant access my Vista Ultimate SP2 after I installed New Motherboard and Processor. It restarts constantly. XP SP3 is running fine. Both OS is installed on different HDD.

I used to update my MoBo BIOS using my friend's USB Disk Pro which acts as a floppy drive (Shows an extra Floppy Drive Icon when plugged into PC). But I couldnot another of this product in the market. Can any1 suggest me a model which is like this one?
