HIS Radeon HD 3650 - poor video quality
Has anyone had success with HD 3650 for video playback. Resolution is set to 1080p at 60Hz and I'm using the HDMI adapter and plugging it into my panasonic Full HD plasma. The desktop looks ok (although it doesn't look 100%). My biggest dissappointment is the poor quality of the video. So far I'm us...
