I have reinstalled the CCC a couple times with no change. Will someone explain to me how a faulty HDMI cable can change the setting in the CCC? If the cable is faulty why does it work?

If it's the TV that's not receiving the signal then why do I have to reset the CCC settings? It's like they go back to the default when I turn off the power. Also if I just do a restart, I don't lose the settings.

I am using the motherboard ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics. I installed the drivers and ran the basic setup to activate the HDMI for my 32inch HD TV. Everything works. The problem is everytime I start the machine I have to run the setup again, then reboot to get the HDMI signal working on the TV. For so...
