I had tried all of the things you said . I still have no solution :( Since you have a laptop... A) Typically you need to get the driver from the manufacturer's website for it to work. I'm assuming your laptop came preloaded with Vista? B) Since it's an ATi driver on XP do you have .Net 2.0 installed...
