I'm going to be coming into some older p4 based servers (i.e. single core HT, dual socket/processor machines).
Is there an easy way to boot these as a single system/OS and run a single F@H instance across them?
Thanks,

If you're going to be overclocking, it's easier to stabilize with one stick per channel. That's all. Otherwise, go for it man!

Why 16GB RAM? Are you really going to use ALL of that?

Woo! Now to decide if building a dual socket system is worth it. I might have a way to get a deal on some server chips from my friend's dad who works at Intel selling them, so time will tell

There we go, finally got the CPU stable. 16k points yesterday for the one processor. Not bad! Now time to figure out how to increase it

Back to folding for the good guys!
I quit my job with the company I used to write for and no longer have to fold for them! I came back here, because the folding environment is just so great!

Memory Speed Effect on -bigadv
Does anyone know how much memory speed comes into play with bigadv WU?
I have my CPU OC but my RAM way underspec right now because I'm too lazy to bother quickening it up. Just how much is this affecting my bigadv folding?
4009Mhz is about 32:34 a frame. Input?
Thanks,
Trace
