My friend said my Cpu probaly juist cannot overclock well. He said some chips can overclock easily paste 3.2 ghz and some just doesnt do well.

I think something might be defective. My cpu can boot but it requires high voltages. For example I got it to run at 2.6 ghz 100% stable at 1.67 volts. For some reason i cannot get to 250 FSB to boot up. My multiplier is currently at 11x. Im still not sure why its not working I even got the voltage up to 1.7 which is the max I will go. Is there a certain RAM timings i should use(Im currently at 2-3-2-6 OCZ 512x2 dual channel). HTT=x3 Multiplier=x11...

Well I still cannot pass 2.6 ghz when I try to turn on my comp it says there is a file missing(which it really isn't). Mulitplier is at x11 and FSB is at 240. I am using OCZ RAM PC 3200 timings are 2-3-2-6(not sure what the timings really mean). And my Cpu is at 1.64 volts and i dont wanna really ov...
