Crysis and Far Cry 2 come as no surprise, but seeing Tom Clancy HAWX was interesting. Thanks for compiling the list!

Re: iBuyPower Gamer Paladin System with an Intel Core i7-870 CPU
As many have mentioned the cable management is pretty poor so I'm going to be cleaning that up. One thing I have noticed is that this setup runs considerably warmer than my previous builds. You can feel the warm air coming from the back of the case even at idle. The CPU idles around 40-55. I did a ...

Re: iBuyPower Gamer Paladin System with an Intel Core i7-870 CPU
I actually live just north of Houston (Woodlands) but close enough. I live in Houston, you could've had it delivered here and I'd have signed for it. Problem with that would be you'd come to pick it up and I'd already have it plugged in and trying to find it's max OC. That would have saved my some ...

Re: Supposed Leaked GT300 specs
That being said NVIDIA also stated that it would be faster than what ATI launched last week. They would be referring to the ATI Radeon HD 5870 graphics card for those that haven't been keeping up on their news. NVIDIA didn't give a launch date other than saying it would be released on an upcoming T...

Awesome, does the 920 have better overclocking potential than the 860?

Re: Supposed Leaked GT300 specs
never fully trust these leaked specs. They can change quite a lot when the product is released. I think NVIDIA sure is watching what AMD has done with the 5870 and has something up in its sleeve to fight it. Howver, can it get enough performance gain to take over the market is another sotry. I comp...

Re: *POLL* GT300 or 5870?
GT300 for course because 3D Vision rocks! My last gaming ATI card was the rare Radeon 64 SE...I gave up on ATI because they never supported 3D gaming like Nvidia did (at least for a while until they too stopped and now got back to it). It sucks that I prefer AMD so my Mobo is crossfire....I hate no...

Re: New Build Questions
One more quick question. Would I need to upgrade the CPU fan? Or would the stock CPU fan with the 550 work ok? I don't know much, or really plan on OC'ing. If you're not planning to overclock, the stock will be more than adequate. Is there any reason you want to stick with the 550? I would really s...

Re: In need of a Camera
Did Canon every fix that lens assembly problem?
Some of the Canon models, if they turn on while in your pants, the lens assembly could break, rendering the camera useless.
This won't be a problem if you keep the camera in a case.

Don't know quite what to make of this. ATI has released one helluva card in the HD5870 and they need to let it do the talking.InspectahACE wrote:Nice response.

Re: 10 facts about why AMD Processors are great
With the HD5850 which offers identical performance to GTX285, at less power consumption and lesser price, AMD has done it again!
If it wasn't for them we'd be paying $500 for a 8800 GT.

Re: will you call me a poser if i dont OC?
'eh. you are definitely not a poser. Overclocking when you have no reason to is kinda pointless. I choose to do it on my old clunker machines simply because they are all horribly slow (p3 cpus) and I NEED all the power I can get. Overclocking shortens your components life span, makes them produce m...
