It's easy enough to use some cord to guy-wire a big cooler to the case. This,minus the fans,can give good noiseless cooling on a setup with a big side fan,like the 200mm-220 mm,which can run under 400 rpm.

Somehow spraying water on your computer gear seems a bad idea :drinkers: In the future a Mobo and components might have a non conductive sealer coat hat would allow that-and the military may already have such mods as they'd want weatherproofing.
