I bought a SimpleTech 1Tb Duo Pro external drive several months ago. It has had very light use as yet. It gave up the ghost with no warning about two weeks ago. I bought the brand because of reviews extolling the company's tech support ("unlimited"). Hah. I cannot even get them to respond....
