I've always been a proponent of taking things to the next level when diplomacy doesn't work. The whole issue here comes down to the bulk of gamers continuing to buy games they shouldn't i.e. no mass boycott = diplomatic failure. I also believe that sometimes we (the human race) need people to act on...
